Swank Event September '17 Proudly Presents the Luxe Paris Kanji Top & Skirt Outfit - A Look that is at Once Casual Chic & Playfully Glee

Modern fashion has been influenced by the gradual westernization of
Japanese clothes since Japan opened-up trading with the West back in the 1850s.

Before then, Japanese clothing consisted entirely of the kimono which first appeared
in the Jomono period (14,500 B.C. – 300 B.C.) with no distinction between males & females.

It wasn’t until Japan established trading with the outside world that their clothing
options evolved. The first influences were seen by Japanese officers
and men of some units of the shogun's army and navy.

Japanese Woman Practicing Kanji
In Japanese, nouns and stems of adjectives and verbs are almost all written in Chinese characters called Kanji. Kanji is basically one of the three scripts used
in the Japanese language which are Chinese characters.

Kanji Symbol for Love
First introduced to Japan in the 5th century via Korea. Kanji symbols are ideograms
(i.e. each character has its own meaning and corresponds to a word).

The Japanese term kanji for these Chinese characters literally means "Han characters"
and they are written using the same characters as the Chinese word "hànzì."

Every tourist coming to Japan has encountered the same dilemma —
trying to understand these seemingly unintelligible little kanji characters.

Today, the Kanji font is used as a fashion theme around the world.

This font is one of the beautiful Japan culture contradictions.
Take for example this Luxe Paris Kanji Top & Shirt.
It is inspired both by this font theme and that of nature.

Its stunning use of beautiful white-on-black Japanese floral print skirt, contrasting red piping and solid red tank top and bold Kanji font harmonize perfectly together in playful glee.

The strapped bridging design neckline of the top works very nicely with the
continuous peek-a-boo square cut-outs along its hem.

This beautiful look is no surprise to me. I have found that every article of clothing that
LUXE Paris Fashion designs focus on the detailed aspects of design, adding to their success.
Casually playful, this Luxe Paris Kanji Top & Skirt outfit is also at once vogue & sophisticated.

“This Girl is on FI-YAH!” LOL!!!
