This Pink Ice Gabriella two-piece outfit is comprised of a stylish 

mini mesh halter top with matching low rise mesh fitted flaired pants.  

To appreciate the fabulous styling attributes of this outfit,

it is befitting to look back in time.

During the 1960s and 1970s there were many changes seen in

the fashion world. It was a time when conservative leisure

dressing was no longer considered as prestigious.

Instead, the fashion forward period was inspired by the space race - 

ushering in a wide palette of colors & material technology advances.

Scandalously low hip hugger pants were born. Pants cut low on the hips, 

instead of the waist, revealed the sensuous curve of girls’ bodies with bare midriff. 

These belly-button exposers arrived during a high time for androgynous fashion, 

with both men and women exposing their skin… and loving it.

This dramatic style was the first to reveal the midriff in a casual way, 

shocking the conservative world, stirring up trouble in everyday wear. 

Hip huggers not only hugged the hips, but highlighted the belly button

 in a bold fashion move. First worn by the daring models, hip-huggers found 

their niche in the swinging 60’s, when revealing the body was “de rigueur.”

Fast forwarding to the 21st Century, the styles that we now see pants are not as 

low as those in the 1960s.  Today's waist is somewhat higher with banded trim or belts, 

giving off the illusion of low-cut pants while covering a bit more of the body

This Ice Pink Gabriella Top and Pant Outfit is a modern day interpretation, 

reminiscent of that period only with more gorgeous flair and styling attributes. 

Although the pants are worn "riding" low to expose a suggestive peek at the buttocks, 

they are just being slightly “cheeky.” This outfit was created with a rich, sexy &

stretchy sheen fitting materials look, giving it a vogue and sophisticated appearance. 

I love the trendy high neckline of the halter and how the material of the top
gathers at the collar. The halter collar goes scrupulously well with its black 

back cross straps and the waist & cuff bands of the pants.
