FAITH and BEGORRAH! What's a fair lassie to wear this coming St. Patrick's Day?
Well, irrISIStible has just released at Swank Events March this fun
St. Patrick Lucky Girl Outfit. It will stand up to a parade, pub hopping,
or any other St. Patty's Day revelry you set your mind to this year.
Since the 9th or 10th century, people in Ireland have been observing the Roman
Catholic feast day of St. Patrick on March 17th. It is considered a holy day of obligation.
Until recently, pubs in Ireland were closed on the holy day. In the United States,
St. Patrick’s Day began with parades in Boston and New York by Irish immigrants
in the mid-18th century before evolving into its current show of celebration.
“Drinking green beer doesn’t make you Irish, it just makes you pee,”
laughs Rev. Jack Ward, a Baltimore Irish-American priest.
“Real Irish men and women have a place in their heart for St. Patrick.”
As an interesting footnote, Saint Patrick was actually British. He was born
to Roman parents in Scotland or Wales in the late 4th century.
According to Irish legend, Saint Patrick used the shamrock as a metaphor
for the Holy Trinity when he was first introducing Christianity to Ireland.
Adorning this St. Patty’s dress, not only will it make you a lucky girl but it will
also have everyone around you sighing with delight at your Irish beauty -
and hoping they can buy you one more round at the pub before last call.
If your looking to show some attitude, this St. Paddy's Day Lucky Girl Outfit
will have you covered. So get yourself lucky and get out there on March 17th and
shake your shamrocks in this delightful St. Patrick Lucky Girl Outfit by irrISIStible!
