When I first saw this FlowerDream Shania Silver Gown, my thoughts went back
to my early childhood years when my mother shared this wonderful
musical movie with me called, “The Sound of Music.”
The wardrobes, the scenes and the choreography all capture the musical
spirit of the film and the relationship between the children
and their governess played by Julia Andrews.
It is a very moving story of the plight of the von Trapp family during WWII.
It is told through wonderful songs and scenes which are threaded
seamlessly through this very colorful motion picture.

a very magical, classic and romantic aura about it.
If dreams are to come true, it would be wearing this dress in a majestic setting -
for it sings volumes to me with its elegance, sophistication and sheer beauty.
The mixture of breathtaking scenery and the catchy melodies of its
songs makes the Sound of Music movie such an everlasting keepsake
to be passed along and shared with future generations.
The film opens with the powerful song "The Hills are Alive."
At first impression, it may seem at first hard to believe
that any other song in this motion picture could match up
to this opening piece, however they all wonderfully do!
It brings to mind another delightful song in this musical masterpiece.
The “FlowerDream” brand by its very namesake caught both my attention &
imagination. It reminded me of the beautiful song called “Edelweiss.”
The edelweiss flower only grows naturally at high altitudes. It is a cherished symbol
in Austria and Switzerland - where it has long been prominent in popular sentiment.
This wildflower blossoms in the mountains of the Salzkammergut Lake District
located near Salzburg, Austria where this movie was taken.
Like this flower, this FlowerDream Shania Silver Gown is a
rare find and a treasure to adorn and keep.
