#SLFW2015 JUMO Fashion & Beauty's Nanatsu No Ko Navy Blue Gown

There’s no question who’s putting Japanese Mythology
into the 2015 AW Solaris Fashion Week.

June Monteiro of JUMO Fashion and Beauty brings to Second Life
her intimate knowledge and mastery of this subject.

June's inspiration for Solaris AW 15 Fashion Week are
the mythological tales and legends of Japan.

Her uniquely captivating introduction of this legendary art form
truly speaks volumes to her passion and creative expression
here in the Second Life Fashion World.

This interpretive transfiguration of mythological Japanese
art and legend into Second Life fashion is something
both truly exotic and creatively original at once.

June's beautifully sequined and jewel-adorned Nanatsu No Ko Navy Blue Gown was inspired by Ujoo Noguchi, the Children’s Poet.

"Nanatsu No Ko" literally meaning "Seven Children."

It is a Noguchi (circa 1921) children's lullaby song
which remains very popular to this day in Japan.

Woven into the magical threads of its gorgeous silhouette,
this two piece gown combines mythology
with stylish wit and sophistication.
