Swank Events May '19 Introduces the Liziaah Anastasia Floral Puff Top - Its sophisticated shoulder volume makes its chic look tamer but far from boring.

This Oh-so-sweet LIZ Anastasia Floral Puff Top is cut in a slim bare 

midriff silhouette featuring button down accents at the center 

front gore with puff sleeves and shoulders. 

Puffed tops are well worth knowing about, since they have had a 

remarkable history with several versions to the sleeve and shoulders. 

The puff sleeve emerged as a fashion statement during the Renaissance. 

Its acceptance would then ebb and flow past the Edwardian period. 

Puffed sleeves became popular yet again in the 1830s, growing even larger than before. 

Lots of padding was required to keep the puff sleeves puffy which would make the
