I am pleased to present this long-sleeve Guilia Cecilia blouse in brown, featuring stunning white floral and paisley patterning with complementing white collar, matching cuffs, 

and a deep and sexy plunged neckline.

Every woman has something in her SL closet inventory 

which they consider to be sexy, sharp, or eye catching.

Well, this is one that fits the category for me.

Although it can seem a bit dangerous to wear something like this deep plunge blouse, this look will certainly add spice to your Second Life.

In SL it is very common to show off your assets. 

 I contend that if you do, then do it with class, sophistication & 

style in this beautiful Guilia Cecilia blouse. 

Being conservative myself, I decided to wear a lacy white bra to diminish some of the visual depth of the plunged neckline.

Regardless, there is no denying that the cut

 on this top is extremely sexy and alluring. 

Personally speaking, using an undergarment
 with this type of blouse works fine with me.

(Unless you plan to use double-stick tape on both sides
of your nipples to avoid any SL nip slip malfunctions).

 LOL!!!

Seriously, with just the right touch of makeup and skin coloring 

(along with picking out a nice hair style), I guarantee that 

you will look fantastic in this Guilia Cecilia blouse. 

The rule of thumb I use on wearing clothes is basically for dark clothing, it’s best to go with a light or a slightly tan skin tone. 

Conversely, if you have a darker skin tone, then consider 

wearing more whites or pale colors to enhance your beauty.

Becky's Fashion Modeling Tip: If at First You Don't Succeed, Eat Chocolate

I am often asked the question of what's it like to be a fashion model here in Second Life and why do I spend the time doing it.

Well, I love modeling here in Second Life for several reasons. 

First off, I see modeling as a wonderful canvas 

to explore my creativity and passions. 

I also enjoy connecting with fashion & style lovers here in SL.

But more importantly, it's all about learning and striving to bring fashion to a whole new level - composing ensembles with originality while focusing on getting the most out of my clothing purchases in SL. 

And as you probably know, I also love to blog - mixing both satire 

and modeling together to help enrich this wonderful experience of modeling for others here in Second Life. 

It could be argued that nobody works as hard as the models here - walking down the catwalk or preparing for a show to begin. Not to mention also doing print modeling, as well as other live appearances.

  

We "catwalkers" endure multiple castings, last-minute fittings, and hours of hair and makeup searches and changes — only to start it all over again once a show is over and then to move on to the next event.

When you get down to its essence, modeling is all about learning and improving upon yourself to excel to the next challenging level. Being a model is also all about listening and learning from others whom have traveled this wonderful journey.

That said, V (Venum) from VoguE Fashion graciously critiqued an ensemble that I had done for a recent contest and then challenged me to improve on what I had initially composed and make changes. 

Sess (Miss Virtual World 2013 - representing Ireland) also provided me with input on color, giving me a wonderful notecard to learn from.

Simply put, I learned that matching your clothes with your skin tone 
is a lot like matching your hair with your skin tone. 

 Looking at this dress more closely (and understanding its use of secondary and tertiary colors) made me reconsider my eyes, skin, and hair selections for a more coordinated and sophisticated look.

I complemented the colors of this bold Zanze Julia dress with new skin tone and hair coloring - Going slightly more tan with my skin tone and darker with my hair. 

Focusing on my eyes, I went to blue for a bit more dimension. 
I also used a yellow with smoke-based eyeshadow to better complement the dress.

This exercise was truly a valuable lesson for me to aspire and 
succeed in fashion. Just like eating chocolate, I loved it!

Becky’s Guide to Morning Makeup in SL - 7DS Malena BOHO in Carmel

In the Second Life World of Fashion when it comes to beauty, 
the complexion and quality of the skin you decide upon are 
certainly two of your most important considerations. 

That being said, I thought I would showcase this skin from 7 Deadly Skins and show you up-close and personal the fabulous detailing that went into this skin, focusing primarily on the face.

This is the 7DS Malena BOHO in Carmel. This skin comes in both freckled and plain versions, with or without cleavage.

(That does sound kinda funny btw doesn't it?)

Seriously, providing just the right amount of facial detail makes all 
the difference in the world for me when it comes to beauty.

Take a look at the superb detailing of this skin -  Scrutinize the temples, along the sides of the face, and right under the cheekbones. It is exquisitely done without the need to over-emphasis the facial contours or distract it with other makeup. 

I also like how 7 Deadly Skins applied just the right touch
of added gloss to the center of the mouth to
make the lips look fuller and appear moist.

I particularly love the freckling with just the right amount 
and in all of the right places.

If you look closely, there is even a beauty mark near the lips.  

As they say in the architectural world, less is always more.

and bottom eyeliner to create this look without being too excessive. 

I recommend that you go and check out all of the makeup that
7DS has to offer, so you can create the exact look you want.
 Just as in real life, you can pretty much decide
to go either natural or bold with your face makeup. 

If you lean to the natural like I do, you should still commit to your eyes. With the right amount of eyeshadow and eyeliner, you immediately look put-together and ready to rock your Second Life day.

The ‘90s retro look is certainly having trend momentum this year, 

as evidenced by the comeback of overalls, crop tops, and my most recent obsession - the halter top. 

This back-baring halter and pants outfit by Pussycat is versatile
enough to go from pool side to party in the blink of an eye.

Although the maxi dress has been a long running summer trend dress, this Picassa Dress by Luxe Paris Fashion is one you can wear for just about every occasion year round. 

(Unless of course it snows in Second Life, ha!).
